Investigation / Pre-Charge

Client was contacted by a detective investigating a hit and run. Client was extremely worried that this investigation would end up in criminal charges. Joel had a conversation with client and went through facts of what happened. After Joel had a good understanding of what actually happened, Joel contacted the Detective and was able to convince the Detective that no charges needed to be filed.
