What is the minimum sentence for drug trafficking?
The minimum sentence for drug trafficking is one to six years in the Nevada department of corrections. A person that has four grams to 14 grams of a controlled substance other than marijuana would be that low level trafficking where 14 to 28 grams is a mid-level and 28 grams or more is a high level trafficking where they’re looking at life in prison.
