Nevada Man Arrested Following Police Pursuit

Ken Rhea was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine, failure to yield to a police vehicle, and driving under the influence after leading Vacaville Police on a chase down Interstate 80. A Vacaville police officer attempted to make a traffic stop of a light colored pickup truck on westbound I-80 near Lagoon Valley Road. Rhea was driving the truck and he refused to yield and led Vacaville and Fairfield police on a chase that exceeded speeds of 40 and 55 MPH.

The vehicle was finally stopped by police officers near Suisun Valley Road. Rhea was turned over to Vacaville police and was booked into Solano County Jail on the charges mentioned above. Driving under the influence can carry jail terms of varying lengths depending on how many violations the suspect already has on their record. For any individual being charged with driving under the influence in the Nevada area, contact the law firm of Joel M. Mann for expert legal counsel today.
