< Back to Previous Page Carson City Man Accused of Child Sex Offense Arrest at Canadian Border A Carson City, Nevada man is being held without bail in Whatcom County Jail after he was arrested in Washington State after trying to re-enter the country from Canada by border patrol agents for charges of having sex with a 14 year old girl. Benedict Stefan LeVal was arrested on a warrant for felony lewdness with a minor and statutory sexual seduction. Authorities at the border claim that LeVal was on a Greyhound bus when they saw his name on the list and discovered the warrant. The allegations come from the 14 year old daughter of a friend of LeVal’s. She claims that LeVal had sex with her one night when her parents were out in November of 2007.
